Do you charge transaction fees on collections?
No. Hibah is not a payment gateway — we verify UPI UTR numbers against manual submissions. Payments flow directly from the donor’s UPI app to your bank account, so 100% of funds reach you with zero platform commission.
How does the WhatsApp reminder integration work?
From your ledger, click “Send Reminder” next to any pending donor. It opens WhatsApp pre-filled with their personal link, monthly context, and payment details — no typing needed.
Can we use our own custom domain?
Yes. On the Pro tier you can map a custom domain (e.g. donate.yourorg.com) for a fully white-labeled donor portal.
Is donor data secure?
Every organization gets an isolated data space. We store only what’s needed to map profiles (names, WhatsApp contacts, payment history). We never record bank credentials or UPI PINs.
